Sima Azargoon is the founder and Principal Architect of SeaV Architecture. As a Registered Architect with the Architectural Institute of British Columbia (AIBC) and a Member of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada (MRAIC), she brings extensive experience across residential, commercial, institutional, transportation, and aviation projects. She has successfully led projects from concept design through construction administration, combining strong technical expertise with creative problem-solving and a collaborative approach. Sima is passionate about designing architecture that is functional, sustainable, and built to serve communities for generations.
Sepideh Azargoon
Senior Architect | Registered Architect (AIBC)
Sepideh Azargoon is a Registered Architect (AIBC) with over a decade of professional experience in architectural design and project delivery. Her expertise spans all phases of practice, from early design development through construction review. She is passionate about creating healthy, sustainable, and human-centered environments that enhance everyday life. Sepideh combines strong technical knowledge with a refined design sensibility, ensuring that every project achieves both aesthetic excellence and practical performance.

Our Architectural
Design Process
At SeaV Architecture, we believe that a successful project begins with a clear process. From the initial conversation to project completion, we guide our clients through every step with transparency, collaboration, and technical expertise.
1. Initial Consultation
We begin by getting to know you, your goals, vision, lifestyle or business needs, budget, and project timeline. This meeting allows us to understand your expectations and determine the best approach for your project.
2. Site Analysis & Feasibility
We evaluate the site conditions, zoning regulations, building codes, and project constraints to identify opportunities and establish a solid foundation for the design.
3. Concept Design
We develop initial design concepts that explore space planning, building form, functionality, and aesthetics. Through sketches, diagrams, and 3D visualizations, we work with you to refine the overall vision.
4. Design Development
Once the preferred concept is selected, we further develop the design by refining layouts, materials, exterior appearance, and technical coordination to ensure the project is both beautiful and buildable.
5. Permit & Construction Documentation
Our team prepares comprehensive architectural drawings and documentation required for development permits, building permits, consultant coordination, and construction. We work closely with engineers and other consultants throughout this phase.
6. Tendering & Contractor Support
If required, we assist in obtaining competitive bids, reviewing contractor proposals, answering technical questions, and helping you select the most suitable construction team.
7. Construction Administration
During construction, we provide professional oversight through site reviews, responses to Requests for Information (RFIs), reviews of shop drawings, and collaboration with the contractor to help ensure the design is executed as intended.
8. Project Completion
As construction concludes, we assist with final inspections, address any outstanding items, and support a smooth project close-out so you can confidently enjoy your completed space.
