SeaV Architecture is an architecture and design firm based in British Columbia’s Lower Mainland, creating thoughtful, functional, and enduring spaces shaped around the people who use them. Sima Azargoon is the Founder and Principal Architect of SeaV Architecture, a Registered Architect (AIBC), and a Member of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada (MRAIC). Her experience spans a broad range of residential, commercial, institutional, transportation, and aviation projects, giving her a well-rounded perspective across both private and public-sector work. She has led projects through all stages, from early design and planning to construction, bringing together creative thinking, technical expertise, and a collaborative approach. Sima is passionate about creating thoughtful, sustainable architecture that responds to its context, serves the people who use it, and brings lasting value to the communities it becomes part of.
SEPIDEH AZARGOON
Associate | Registered Architect (AIBC)
Sepideh Azargoon is an Associate at SeaV Architecture and a Registered Architect (AIBC) with over 12 years of experience in British Columbia. Her work spans a diverse range of projects, from leading the design of high-rise residential developments in Vancouver for Concord Pacific to multi-residential projects across the province. Her experience also extends to the public sector, where she has worked on schools and municipal projects in collaboration with local institutions and communities. With a background encompassing all stages of design and construction, Sepideh brings a thoughtful balance of design vision, technical expertise, and practical problem-solving to her work, with a strong focus on creating spaces that are functional, sustainable, and meaningful to the people who use them.

Meysam Hatami — Design Lead
Event Office is an independent design studio based in Iran and collaborates with SeaV Architecture on selected projects as an international design collaborator. Event Office is not part of SeaV Architecture’s staff or employees.
Selected contributions may include:
• Concept development and design exploration
• Design studies and research
• 3D modelling and visualization
• Graphic and presentation development
• Interior and spatial design studies
• Production and documentation support under SeaV’s direction, where applicable
For projects located in British Columbia, architectural services and professional responsibility are provided by SeaV Architecture Inc. Event Office participates only as an independent international design collaborator within the agreed project scope.

Our Architectural Design Process
At SeaV Architecture, we believe that a successful project begins with a clear process. From the initial conversation to project completion, we guide our clients through every step with transparency, collaboration, and technical expertise.
1. Initial Consultation
We begin by getting to know you, your goals, vision, lifestyle or business needs, budget, and project timeline. This meeting allows us to understand your expectations and determine the best approach for your project.
2. Site Analysis & Feasibility
We evaluate the site conditions, zoning regulations, building codes, and project constraints to identify opportunities and establish a solid foundation for the design.
3. Concept Design
We develop initial design concepts that explore space planning, building form, functionality, and aesthetics. Through sketches, diagrams, and 3D visualizations, we work with you to refine the overall vision.
4. Design Development
Once the preferred concept is selected, we further develop the design by refining layouts, materials, exterior appearance, and technical coordination to ensure the project is both beautiful and buildable.
5. Permit & Construction Documentation
Our team prepares comprehensive architectural drawings and documentation required for development permits, building permits, consultant coordination, and construction. We work closely with engineers and other consultants throughout this phase.
6. Tendering & Contractor Support
If required, we assist in obtaining competitive bids, reviewing contractor proposals, answering technical questions, and helping you select the most suitable construction team.
7. Construction Administration
During construction, we provide professional construction-phase services and field reviews through site reviews, responses to Requests for Information (RFIs), reviews of shop drawings, and collaboration with the contractor to help ensure the design is executed as intended.
8. Project Completion
As construction concludes, we support project close-out, occupancy documentation, and final reviews, address any outstanding items, and help ensure a smooth close-out so you can confidently enjoy your completed space.
